Once your order is placed, our team will begin crafting your jewelry right away.
The crafting process typically takes 2–3 business days.
After crafting, each crystal undergoes a special demagnetization and purification process for approximately 3 days to ensure optimal quality and energy.
Shipping Times & Carriers
Domestic US: Orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx and typically arrive within 3–7 business days after dispatch.
International: We ship worldwide! Delivery times may vary by destination, usually 7–15 business days.
All orders include tracking, so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Filori Design. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange your item(s) within 7 days of receiving your order.
Return Guidelines
Items must be in original, unused condition, with all original tags and packaging.
Custom or personalized pieces are not eligible for return unless defective or damaged.
To initiate a return, simply contact our team at info@filoridesign.com with your order number and reason for return.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
We will resolve the issue promptly—either by replacing the item or issuing a full refund.
Refunds & Processing
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days of receiving your return.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or our error.
Return shipping costs are covered by the customer unless the item is defective or damaged.
